{"id":3712,"date":"2024-11-28T14:52:17","date_gmt":"2024-11-28T14:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vti.uchile.cl\/ayudatecnologica\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=3712"},"modified":"2024-12-04T19:49:19","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T19:49:19","slug":"unidades-compartidas-ucs-que-son","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/vti.uchile.cl\/ayudatecnologica\/articulo\/unidades-compartidas-ucs-que-son\/","title":{"rendered":"Descripci\u00f3n de Unidades Compartidas"},"content":{"rendered":"    \t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle  \"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__title\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 son?<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__content\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son carpetas especiales de Google Drive, tipo carpetas compartidas en una NAS, pero alcanzables desde cualquier sitio conectado a internet.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generan un espacio de colaboraci\u00f3n, que permite almacenar, buscar y acceder a archivos en este espacio colaborativo y\u00a0 compartido, bajo una estructura o punto de ingreso com\u00fan, a diferencia de una carpeta de google drive tradicional, donde si se comparte un archivo o carpeta no siempre es sencillo encontrar su ubicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son Carpetas \u201cOrganizacionales\u201d no individuales.\u00a0 Los archivos que se almacenan en una unidad compartida pertenecen a un equipo de trabajo, no a un usuario espec\u00edfico. Aunque la cuenta de correo de alg\u00fan usuario\/a deje de estar vigente, los archivos que este usuario\/a hubiese subido permanecer\u00e1n (*) en la unidad compartida para que los dem\u00e1s colaboradores tengan acceso a la informaci\u00f3n almacenada en dicho repositorio.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(*)Si no han sido eliminados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poseen mecanismos de seguridad: A nivel de permisos. Adem\u00e1s, solo los administradores pueden vaciar la papelera de reciclaje, minimizando el riesgo de p\u00e9rdida de informaci\u00f3n accidental.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n \t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A cada Unidad Compartida se le debe asociar un administrador, esta ser\u00e1 la persona responsable de a su vez dar acceso a otros colaboradores 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Administrar y revisar la informaci\u00f3n del uso (espacio) agregado de la unidad compartida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisar a quienes se le ha dado acceso, ya sea a la unidad compartida o sus carpetas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentro de las carpetas se listan los archivos de igual forma que en google drive, por lo que puedes usar las mismas herramientas de b\u00fasqueda, orden por tama\u00f1o, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ver la actividad ejecutada en la unidad compartida, qui\u00e9n
